Skirts

For the first time since high school ended, I wore a skirt to school.  It was the kind of thing that I make a big deal out of because, well, I'm not exactly the skirt-sort-of-girl.  And what I was thinking was that as soon as I got home, I'll share this with mom.  I stopped.  I realized I could never.  The realization was so sudden, because how could I have forgotten? So I felt a little bit silly and a lot stupid because I was crying in a jeepney on a rainy Thursday afternoon.
